Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use the Reef website and what to expect when you place an order. We've kept them clear and free of legalese, because trust should read easily.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, shop, and save your favourite pieces. In return, we ask that you use the site honestly and lawfully, keep your account details accurate, and don't attempt to interfere with how it works for others.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login to yourself. Let us know if you ever notice activity that doesn't look like you.
Orders, acceptance, and pricing
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send a confirmation email straight away, but the order is only accepted once it leaves our warehouse. Until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if an item sells out or a price was listed in error.
Prices and availability can change, and the amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any shipping and taxes. If a clear pricing mistake slips through, we'll contact you before charging anything and give you the choice to continue or cancel.
Our products and colours
We photograph every piece carefully and write our descriptions with care. Even so, screens vary, and the linen, knitwear, and natural tones you see online may differ slightly from the garment in your hands.
Small variations in colour, weave, and texture are part of the character of natural materials, not a fault. If anything arrives that isn't what you expected, our 30-day returns make it simple to send back or exchange.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Reef site, our name, logo, photography, product designs, and written copy, belongs to us or our partners. You're welcome to enjoy it as a customer, but please don't copy, resell, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, though we can't promise it will always be flawless or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Reef isn't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from using the site or our products.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights around faulty goods. Those always stand.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where our warehouse is based, and any disputes fall under the courts there. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections available where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time as our shop evolves. The current version always lives on this page, and meaningful changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
